Ray Jackson
President/Owner
Ray is a retired Army officer and Disabled Veteran. Following retirement from the US Army, Ray worked for 20 years at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) Center for Interdisciplinary Remotely Piloted Aircraft Studies (CIRPAS) Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) as the Program Manager developing state-of-the art UAVs. Ray’s mobile experience was finely honed as the rapid deployment, operation, and maintenance of three mobile Ground Control Stations (GCS) fell under his purview. Ray holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Arizona State University.

Joe Utschig
Operations
Following eleven years active duty navy and eleven years in the semiconductor industry, Joe joined the faculty of the Naval Postgraduate School in the Information Sciences Department; years in the field in mobile deployable communications followed. Joe became quite proficient in setting up and deploying mobile technology infrastructure in harsh environments. As a result, Joe is responsible for all operational and marketing facets of the business. In addition to holding a MS in Aeronautical Engineering, Joe retired from the Navy Reserves after 28 years, restored a 1957 Chevy from the ground up, and coaches high school girls’ lacrosse in Salinas, CA.
